A well-established and fast-growing company in the Automotive Parts, B2C services sector is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their leadership team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance, target-driven environment and has a passion for leading teams to success.

Please note: Candidates must currently reside in or around the Gauteng region and that no relocation cost options are available.

As the Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of driving growth, performance, and innovation within the sales team. You’ll work closely with executive leadership, develop and execute sales strategies, and lead a team of Sales Team Managers and Agents toward exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Planning: Collaborate cross-functionally to drive aligned sales and marketing strategies.

• Leadership: Mentor and motivate multiple sales teams, ensuring high morale and continuous skills development.

• Performance Management: Define and implement KPIs, performance contracts, and conduct regular reviews.

• Revenue Growth: Expand the customer base through strategic lead generation and customer conversion.

• Client Relations: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct research to identify market trends and customer needs.

• Reporting: Track progress, provide insights, and report to senior leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• A relevant Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or similar.

• 5+ years’ experience in managing high-performing sales teams - preferably in the automotive sector 

• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and team development - preferably in the automotive sector 

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in CRM/Call Centre platforms.

• Data analysis using tools like Excel or Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email, social media).

• Experience with content management and project management tools (WordPress, Trello, etc.).

• Ability to develop compelling presentations.

• Base Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience
