JOB SUMMARY:
National company based in Centurion is looking for a candidate with multi-level marketing sales management experience to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Duties:

Lead, build & grow the sales network
Implement a sales strategy for the Business unit
Set, agree and achieve Sales targets
Establish a culture of recruitment of new consultants
Develop and train methods for building a network
Motivate & drive Rewards & Recognition Programmes set by Home Office
Drive sales
Develop and drive strategies to convert customers to independent sales consultants

Requirements:

Grade 12 and relevant studies i.e. Diploma in Marketing &/or Sales are required, alternatively 5 or more years’ experience in as Senior Sales role
Excellent leadership skills
Solid knowledge and experience in Sales
Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills (both English and Afrikaans)
Ability to work independently
Sales driven
Excellent organisational skills and professional work approach
Excellent computer skills on office administrative packages (MS OFFICE) incl. POWERPOINT
The ability to engage and interact with high profile Clients and Senior Executives
Ability to agree and achieve deadlines and function in stressful environment
Ability to prioritise tasks and deadlines
Ability to work in an unstructured environment
Valid driver’s license
Flexibility in respect of time and mobility
