Sales Manager - Steel & Aluminium Production
(Iron & Steel and OEM)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Ceramics, Chemical, Materials, Mechanical or Metallurgy
Certificate in Refractories will be advantageous
Minimum 5 years experience in Refractories, Chemical, Industry, Mining, or related industries is preferred
Must have intermediate level MS excel competency
Experience in B2B Sales or Technical Support function
Proven track record Sales Account Management
Salesforce (CRM), MS Office, and/or Google Suite will be advantageous
Willingness to travel (up to 70%)
A valid Driver’s license & own reliable vehicle
Excellent communication skills
Very presentable individual
Strategic thinking, problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
Proficiency in relationship building, networking, persuasion and influential skills
Self-starter and self-directed
Ability to work under pressure
Working in a dusty & noisy area, required to use appropriate PPE occasionally
May be required to work outside of normal working hours
