Note: This role is for our partner company Ruby Living Lead the Growth of a Leading Senior Living Brand We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead the growth of our senior living business across independent living, assisted living and care. We're looking for a strategic, commercially minded and digitally savvy leader with high emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for people. You'll need to be creative, entrepreneurial and results-driven, while understanding that choosing a senior living environment is both a financial and deeply personal decision for residents and their families. This is a high-impact role combining sales leadership, marketing strategy, digital engagement and customer experience, with a strong focus on driving occupancy, generating quality leads and strengthening our position within the senior living sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy, revenue and growth Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team Drive the full customer journey from lead generation through to occupation Develop and manage digital marketing and social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube Oversee paid digital advertising, SEO, website performance and lead generation Strengthen the organisation's brand and market positioning Build strategic partnerships and referral networks across healthcare, financial services and community organisations Use data, analytics and market insights to identify opportunities and improve performance Work closely with the CEO, Operations and Fedgroup Marketing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience Experience & Qualification Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and marketing leadership Proven experience driving digital marketing, social media and lead-generation campaigns Strong commercial and financial acumen Experience leading and developing high-performing teams Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Experience in senior living, retirement, hospitality, property development or lifestyle communities will be highly advantageous The Opportunity to Make an Impact This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the growth of an established senior living brand, strengthening its market presence and building a high-performing sales and marketing function.
