JOB DESCRIPTION:

Overseeing tasks; resources and internal and external stakeholders to ensure relevant; timeous implementation of initiatives
Meeting business objectives by recommending; managing and controlling the marketing budget
Minimising cost to income ratio by providing input to operational budgets
Ensuring transformational targets are met for own team through consideration of targets during the staff recruitment; retention and training process and utilising suppliers listed on the preferred supplier list
Creating a client service culture through various required interventions
Supporting and encouraging staff to participate and support corporate responsibility initiative
Achieving operational excellence by supporting the implementation of business optimisation improvement through team engagement
Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of marketing initiatives
Drive research to inform relevance
