We are looking for a Senior FP&A & Management Accounting Specialist to join a dynamic organisation based in Maryvale, Johannesburg North.

POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities Lead FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business decisions. Analyse financial and operational performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Prepare detailed management reports and commercial analysis. Drive forecasting and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives. Partner with commercial, operational and finance stakeholders to understand key business drivers. Analyse margins, profitability, costs and performance across the business. Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis. Support strategic decision-making through robust financial modelling and insights. Continuously improve reporting, forecasting and financial planning processes. What We're Looking For CA(SA) - essential 4-5 years' commercial experience Strong FP&A and Management Accounting experience. Proven expertise in financial modelling, analysis and forecasting. Experience within FMCG, Retail or another stock-moving environment is highly advantageous. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand what drives business performance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. A proven track record of career stability, ideally with 3-5 years at the same organisation.
