About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management and coordination of our vehicle fleet to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update fleet records including vehicle registration, licensing, and insurance

• Schedule and monitor routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs

• Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and mileage

• Assist in managing vehicle allocation, driver assignments, and route planning

• Ensure compliance with relevant transport regulations and company policies

• Coordinate accident reports, claims, and vehicle incidents

• Liaise with service providers and ensure cost-effective fleet operations

• Compile and submit monthly fleet performance reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fleet Administrator or in a similar role

• Strong administrative and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); fleet management software is a plus

• Valid driver’s license

• Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential)

• A diploma or certification in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field (advantageous)
