You will work across sales segments (Large Enterprise and Public) and carry sales & revenue targets. Ideally you will have experience in including fixed mobile convergence, MPLS, Voice, Internet and Cloud computing solutions. You should be comfortable working in high paced environments, and interacting with customers at CxO level

POSITION INFO:

Senior Sales / Key Account Manager (Telecommunications) – Cape Town

The role will work across sales segments (Large Enterprise and Public) and will carry sales and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have experience / specialties including fixed mobile convergence, MPLS, Voice, Internet and Cloud computing Solutions. You should be comfortable working in high paced environments, and interacting with customers at CxO level.

The ideal candidate will meet the following Minimum requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or Management
• Cloud and/or VoIP certifications are highly desirable
• At least 8-10 years’ experience in telecommunications – connectivity space specifically (non negotiable)
• Ideally you will have good knowledge of and direct sales management experience within the ICT space and in particular - Cloud Sales and Presentations (VPC/ PaaS) / VoIP (Hosted and SIP) / SD WAN Sales Capability
• Must be networking and security literate
• Must have proven experience / track record in high level negotiations and closing major deals/accounts
• Solid experience in leading sales teams, demonstrated ability to drive results through others

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Directly interact with customers at CxO level to position the value of Company''''s solutions and services as supported by ROI and business case development
• Define and implement the sales strategy within the territory
• Service Management to existing customers
• Develop sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth
• Project management: manage conflicting constraints and drive each project to successful completion (ICT projects- telecommunications, networking and cloud services)
• Guide sales team
• Agreeing on deliverables, pricing strategy and on-going management and support of the sales and implementation process
• Developing a sustainable ICT, Telecoms, Networking and Cloud Services market
