We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Learning & Development Manager who is driven by a passion for shaping impactful leadership development solutions that align with strategic business priorities for a 6-month contract. Where You'll Make an Impact: Translate business strategies, cultural priorities, and leadership needs into comprehensive development frameworks and learning pathways. Design scalable and practical leadership programmes, integrating formal learning, workplace application, exposure, and leadership experiences. Partner with senior leaders, HR teams, and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop tailored learning solutions. Oversee the architecture and delivery of flagship leadership programmes, ensuring they are measurable, experience-led, and aligned with business outcomes. Establish quality standards, governance, and design principles for leadership development initiatives. Manage external providers, ensuring high-quality delivery, governance compliance, and effective use of budgets. Lead measurement and evaluation efforts to track behavioural change, application, and overall impact on business performance. Drive stakeholder engagement and foster sponsorship for leadership development projects. Develop governance processes, reports, and metrics to monitor programme effectiveness and continuous improvement. Requirements: 8 to 12 years of leadership development experience in a corporate environment. Proven expertise in stakeholder management, change management, and strategic planning. Strong background in designing and managing leadership architectures and development frameworks. Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple programmes concurrently. Ability to translate complex business needs into practical, measurable learning solutions. Familiarity with managing external vendors and ensuring quality delivery.
