SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Office Administrator to join their Port Elizabeth branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive administrative professional who is confident in managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative functions, and supporting management and the wider team.

POSITION INFO:
Description: Oversee and coordinate the daily administrative functions of the office. Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and telephone calls. Prepare, process and maintain accurate documentation and records. Assist with quotations, invoices, purchase orders and general office documentation. Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical. Capture and update information on internal systems and databases. Monitor office supplies and coordinate the ordering of stationery and other requirements. Liaise with suppliers, customers and service providers as required. Assist with customer queries and ensure that enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. Coordinate meetings, appointments and other administrative arrangements. Prepare reports, spreadsheets and general correspondence. Assist with the monitoring and processing of administrative and financial documentation. Requirements: Grade 12 \/ Matric. Relevant administrative qualification will be advantageous. Previous experience in a Senior Office Administrator, Office Administrator, Senior Administrator or similar role. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Experience working with office administration systems and databases. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Professional telephone and email etiquette.
