JOB SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for a Senior Operations Consultant!
Type: 3 year contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum years of Experience:

Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
ITIL certification (advantageous)
Minimum of 8 years IT working experience
ITIL process knowledge and work experience (Required)
Minimum 6 years’ experience in a SAP Operations
environment

Role Tasks:

Create migration concepts
Maintain and further development of TWS- Function-Check and Service-Dialog
Release change and customized refresh of TWS/z and all add-ons
Maintain TWS/z maintenance batch
Maintain TWS calendars and periods
Create event trigger and special resources
Installation and implementation of software package updates for all environments
On demand coding to realize interfaces, exits and topics for standardization

24*7 Operations of standard software for Cross Platform Scheduling
Schedule and modify job application in TWS Current Plan
Error analysis and error handling – if necessary, get in contact with the software producer
Create statistics to optimize the standard scheduling software
Proactively avoid incidents from occurring
Batch process support and consulting for all environments
In case of batch delay or error an immediate notification of the responsible departments is required
