An established organization renowned for its vibrant presence in the management, real estate, and hospitality sectors is seeking an accomplished Senior Property Portfolio Manager. This executive role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic portfolio of short-term rental properties, driving operational excellence and strategic growth at a senior level. Duties: Manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties end to end, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to uphold standards Lead, coach, and develop a team of Property Hosts Drive occupancy, revenue, and overall portfolio performance Monitor market trends, optimise pricing, and identify revenue opportunities Prepare detailed performance reports and operational insights Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, contractors, and suppliers Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Housekeeping, Maintenance, Customer Experience, and Finance Analyze portfolio data for continuous improvement initiatives Assist in evaluating prospective property acquisitions Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with policies Requirements: 5 to 7 years of experience in property management or a related field Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in analytics, customer service, and property management Excellent time management and development capabilities Ability to operate effectively within management, real estate, and hospitality contexts Familiarity with the following: R programming language Strategic property development and evaluation What We'll Give You: An opportunity to lead a significant property portfolio with scope for impact and growth A collaborative work environment focused on excellence The chance to work with a dedicated, high-performing team Seize this opportunity to elevate your career and make a tangible difference in the property management landscape.
