Senior Sales Consultant (TES)

Requirements:

• 10 years’ solution sales experience of which at least 5 years must be within the recruitment industry
• Recruitment and selection experience
• Business Development and Operations Management experience within the Temporary Employment Service in the Manufacturing, Warehousing and FMCG sectors
• Strategic high-volume TES project implementation and execution skills
• Deadline driven and willing to work under extreme pressure
• Knowledge and understanding of various Bargaining Councils
• Must be familiar with the labour relations act
• Proven sales track record
• Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Third language will be an advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Remain self-motivated and use own initiative

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management - building on existing relationships that will ensure lateral development of business opportunities
• Responsible for ensuring the achievement of monthly financial targets
• Networking to ensure reliable and sustainable client database
• Cold calling and lead generation in line with targets set
• Meeting with clients daily in line with targets set
• Providing customer service to ensure repeat business opportunities
• Ability to handle and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Preparing and presenting of solutions to clients
• Ability to negotiate rates / service fees
• Preparing of quotations for clients and follow up to close deals
• Conducting detailed research on clients prior to meetings in order to optimise on opportunity and networking
