Requirements:

10 years’ solution sales experience of which at least 5 years must be within the recruitment industry
Recruitment and selection experience
Business Development and Operations Management experience within the Temporary Employment Service in the Manufacturing, Warehousing and FMCG sectors
Strategic high-volume TES project implementation and execution skills
Deadline driven and willing to work under extreme pressure
Knowledge and understanding of various Bargaining Councils
Must be familiar with the labour relations act
Proven sales track record
Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Third language will be an advantage
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
Ability to work at a fast pace
Remain self-motivated and use own initiative
Structured and systematic
Self-disciplined
Self-driven and results orientated
Task and deadline driven
Innovation and proactive approach to problem solving

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management - building on existing relationships that will ensure lateral development of business opportunities
Responsible for ensuring the achievement of monthly financial targets
Networking to ensure reliable and sustainable client database
Cold calling and lead generation in line with targets set
Meeting with clients daily in line with targets set
Providing customer service to ensure repeat business opportunities
Ability to handle and resolve customer queries efficiently
Preparing and presenting of solutions to clients
Ability to negotiate rates / service fees
Preparing of quotations for clients and follow up to close deals
Conducting detailed research on clients prior to meetings in order to optimise on opportunity and networking
