Senior Sales Support

Requirements:
Must have good connectivity at home
Must be an organised, efficient sales support person who will ultimately be responsible for assisting the sales team in gaining and keeping customers.
The sales support person's responsibilities include tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes for larger clients, providing customer service, assist the Account Manager with managing some customer accounts.
The sales support person is also responsible for quality assurance, process optimisation, sales training facilitation and some bid management tasks.
Proven / demonstrated history working in sales administration, -support or -operations for at least 3 - 5 years within the ISP / Telecoms (fixed line not Mobile) industry
Work experience / background in solution selling and experience the sales process from opportunity identification through to project delivery
Processing new sales leads – assign, manage & conclude – report once cycle is complete
Assist Account manager with the management of larger clients
Quality Assurance internally before it is forwarded for processing & project management:
Large orders, Bids, Large proposals
Manage the end-to-end bid process in conjunction with the Sales Enablement team
