POSITION INFO:
Who We Want to Meet? Senior Secretaries who meet the following criteria: Citizenship: Must be a South African Citizen with a valid South African Identity Document Minimum Requirements : Grade 12. Up to 5 years' experience. Core Functions \/ Characteristics : Manages the diary for the Directorate Head. Does word processing, drafts own correspondence, arranges meetings, reception duties, screens calls and deals with queries. Does filing. Implements and\/or enhances systems for document tracking and filing. Office management. Attends to stationery requirements. Makes travel arrangements. Prepares agendas and records minutes for the Directorate's meetings. Competency: Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills. Ability to search the internet and the use of email.
