JOB DESCRIPTION:

Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (IT)

3 MONTHS CONTRACT

Criteria:

National diploma / degree
APSO registration or membership would be advantageous
6+ years in a talent sourcing and acquisition environment
Extensive experience regarding modern sourcing/searching techniques (for example using Boolean strings etc)
Responsible for the entire recruitment process from active sourcing to initial onboarding
Previous experience of working on applicant tracking systems
Telephonic screening techniques for the purpose of shortlisting or attracting candidates upholding an excellent candidate experience through effective response handling and timeous candidate feedback
Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs
Continuous engagement with line managers regarding candidates in the process
