This is a critical role for a confident professional with a solid foundation in IT infrastructure, stakeholder management, and continuous service improvement. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about ensuring technology solutions align with business goals.

Key Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, or Business Management
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role
Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, solution architecture, and emerging technologies
Proven ability to manage vendors, oversee projects, and drive service improvement
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Experience in incident management, SLA monitoring, and service optimisation
Comfortable working across business functions and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with operational execution
