Our client, an expanding and well established building company, specialising in upmarket residential and commercial building projects, seeks to employ a Senior Foreman/Site Manager, to join their growing company in the Winelands, with projects in the Overberg.
The role will initially be on a 6 month contract, with the potential for permanency.

THE KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- You will have completed a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, or related field, coupled with 10 years experience in managing sites, at various stages of construction phases, in concrete, steel and post-tension
- You will have a solid and proven career history in leading a team on site, to ensure HSE and the highest quality of workmanship.
- You will have good administrative skills to maintain project reporting, quality reporting and NCR submissions, as well as any contract deviations, expenses and material issues that may arise.
- You will have exceptionally superior organisational skills, be able to work on multiple projects effectively and ensure deadlines and quality are met, at the highest standard.
- Experience using MS Projects and Advanced Excel is essential
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans is essential and preference given to those currently resident in the Western Cape Region, to start immediately
