Exciting Opportunity for Site Manager

Our client, a dynamic medium-sized contractor based in Cape Town, is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join their team. Specializing in luxury residential projects primarily along the Atlantic Seaboard and other upmarket areas, this role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience with a portion of that in a site management position.
Some experience in managing high-end residential projects ranging from R8 Million to R20 Million
Some experience in concrete building structures and high-end finishing
Familiarity with JBCC and MS Projects
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client, team, and subcontractor communication
Qualifications in construction would be an advantage.

Responsibilities/duties:

Report directly to the Director and take ownership of projects from inception to completion
Ensure efficient project management, adhering to timelines and budget constraints
Demonstrable track record, references, and experience in luxury projects are essential prerequisites
