SKINCARE SPECIALIST

CENTURY CITY, Milnerton - Western Cape (South Africa)

START: ASAP / 01 April 2026

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Sunday 
• RETAIL HOURS - Must be flexible to work shifts, weekends and all major holidays
• Shifts: 09:00am - 18:00pm | 12:00 - 21:00 (includes lunch break)
• Days off in the week

REPORTS TO: Manager / Director

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full time / Permanent

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R10,000 - R16,000 BASIC Salary per month (Based on highest qualification achieved)
• Retail Commission - eligible for earning after completing 3-month probation
• Incentives at management's discretion.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Internationally recognized DIPLOMA in Skin Care / Cosmetology or Somatology
2. Highly presentable - looking the part of a Skincare professional (skin & appearance)
3. Confident and knowledgeable on advanced skin care and ingredients - this is imperative
4. Able to work long hours on your feet - we are in retail and thus standing is inherently part of the job.
5. Must be available for shifts as per operational requirements (this includes weekends & holidays where hours may be extended)
6. Confident retailer! 
7. Must be based centrally to Century City with reliable transport (our late shift ends at 9pm)
8. Prior Salon, Aesthetic Clinic or SPA experience is required - at least TWO years post graduation
9. Client care is paramount - our clients are the core of our business, you need to have patience and understanding when working with consumers
