JOB SUMMARY:
An Award winning 5 Star game lodge requires an experienced and dynamic Spa Operations Manager to manage the Spa

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
This is a live in position.

Must be computer literate
Must lead by example
Must be an excellent salesperson
Have a strong record of training and leading people
Must have at least 5 years Spa Management experience
Must be proactive and always look for new opportunities to increase the overall wellness of the spa
Must have excellent product knowledge of various spa products
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be sales and target driven and must be able to motivate therapists to reach targets
Previous experience with the opening and implementation of a spa would be beneficial
This is a live-in position
