POSITION INFO:
My client is on the lookout for a Strategic Management Consultant who can pivot with purpose, synthesise like a CEO, and bring bold thinking to boardrooms across industries.
At this firm, you won’t just tick boxes - you’ll connect the dots, shape the narrative, and help clients out-think their competition.

As the Strategic Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of clients by providing strategic guidance, innovative solutions and driving growth.

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Build strong connections with clients to better understand their businesses and provide tailored assistance
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, providing guidance and strategic insights
Conduct comprehensive assessments and analysis of organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify areas for improvement and recommend tailored strategies
Create and present plans to implement suggested improvements effectively
Consolidate the results of analysis and offer comprehensive solutions to clients
Synthesize takeaways and recommendations from complex information, using both qualitative and quantitative methods
Support the implementation of change management initiatives
Interpret research into meaningful insights

Education Requirements:

Completed Degree in relevant field
Post-graduate / Honours qualification is a strong preference

Job Requirements and Skills:

2 to 4 years' experience in a management consulting position, encompassing functional business management, strategy consulting or corporate strategy
Proven experience in managing and executing projects, with successful delivery and implementation
Successful track record of managing large profitable accounts and overseeing the execution of complex projects
Ability to interpret requirements and business rules and system analysis, design, development and implementation
Proficiency in providing vision and strategy for client proposals
Excellent report writing skills
Significant business acumen, understanding the key drivers of business success
Core consulting skills, including research, analysis and presentation
Deadline driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player
