POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across raw material categories
• Drive high-level supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing and contract terms
• Utilise data analytics and insights to inform sourcing strategies and decision-making
• Build and manage strong, long-term supplier relationships
• Lead and develop a small, high-performing sourcing team
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure alignment with procurement policies, governance, and best practices
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, and supply chain

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement (CIPS preferred)
• Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics (advantageous)
• 5–6 years’ experience in strategic sourcing
• Proven experience within manufacturing or mining environments
• Strong exposure to raw material sourcing

• SAP (essential)
• Advanced Microsoft Office (essential)
• Power BI / Microsoft BI (intermediate – advantageous)
