SUMMARY:
Are you an Electrical Engineer with a knack for high-voltage substations, a deep understanding of SCADA systems, and a passion for automation? Our client is looking for a Substation Engineer to help them power the grid of tomorrow.

POSITION INFO:
ð ï¸ What You’ll Be Doing:

Design and review HV and MV substation layouts, protection schemes, and automation systems
Configure and commission SCADA systems (e.g., Siemens, ABB, GE, SEL, Schneider)
Develop and implement IEC 61850 communication protocols, logic diagrams, and automation scripts
Integrate RTUs, IEDs, PLCs, and other substation equipment into remote control environments
Conduct FAT, SAT, and site commissioning with cross-functional engineering teams
Collaborate with clients, utilities, and control centers to deliver real-time energy solutions

ð¯ You’ll Need:

BTech/BEng in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
5+ years’ experience in substation projects (design & commissioning)
Strong background in SCADA systems, substation protection, and automation engineering
Working knowledge of IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3, and protocol converters
Hands-on experience with RTUs, HMI/SCADA software, and relay configuration
Bonus: Experience with cybersecurity in automation systems
