Key Responsibilities:

• End‑to‑end supply chain leadership across planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution
• Build and improve S&OP / demand planning, forecasting accuracy, and inventory optimisation
• Supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost‑to‑serve improvement initiatives
• Performance reporting, risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement (Lean/process optimisation)
• Stakeholder leadership across operations, finance, sales, and production to deliver service and margin targets

• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Honours/MBA advantageous)
• Strong leadership experience in high‑pressure, fast‑moving supply chain environments (manufacturing/engineering/mining/FMCG advantageous)
• Solid ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics / Sage or similar) and strong analytical reporting capability
• Highly developed stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Certifications advantageous, such as CPIM/CSCP/CLTD (via APICS Certifications - Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM)), local development via Certifications & Courses (SAPICS), or procurement designations through CIPS - Leading global excellence in procurement and supply
