SUMMARY:
We are searching for a Technical Services Manager with a Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) who understands that behind every successful healthcare facility is an exceptional engineering and maintenance operation.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned engineering leader to take ownership of critical infrastructure, facilities management, engineering compliance, and technical operations within a leading healthcare environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering and maintenance teams. Ensure the reliability and availability of critical infrastructure, including electrical systems, HVAC, standby power generation, medical gas installations, water systems, and building services. Drive preventative maintenance and asset management strategies. Manage infrastructure upgrades, refurbishments, and capital projects. Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory, health and safety, and engineering regulations. Manage contractor performance, service level agreements, and technical budgets. Identify and mitigate operational and technical risks. Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the facility. Minimum Requirements: GCC (Factories) - Essential. Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 8-10 years' engineering and technical management experience within a complex operational environment. Strong knowledge of facilities management, engineering compliance, maintenance planning, and asset management. Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and contractors. Sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety legislation and engineering best practices. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
