Vision Marketing is a Prominent Outsourced Sales and Marketing company that specialises in consumer acquisition and retention to maintain a diverse and dynamic portfolio for clients. Our company is expanding and we are actively on the lookout to fill our instore sales assistant position. Inhouse training and development are provided. we are looking to employ individuals with the ability to advertise represent products and services which also includes identifying clients’ needs and services to potential clients inquires.

We are fanatical about our team, we go above and beyond to give the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:

resent, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Requirements;

Valid Matric and ID

Must be able to start immediatley

Between Age 18-29

Clear Criminal Record
