SUMMARY:
Seeking a Warehouse Layout Specialist.

POSITION INFO:
Are you an expert in warehouse optimisation with strong FMCG experience? We’re looking for a Warehouse Layout Specialist to take the lead in designing and refining warehouse spaces for efficiency, flow, and performance.

In this highly specialised role, you will:

Design and implement optimal warehouse layouts using AutoCAD
Drive warehouse efficiency improvements across operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that layout designs meet operational and safety standards
Analyse workflow and space utilisation, proposing and implementing solutions aligned with business needs
Translate technical requirements into actionable design solutions

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A Degree in Industrial Engineering (completed)
Proven experience in FMCG warehousing and distribution environments
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and warehouse management principles
A solid understanding of space planning, inventory flow, and health & safety standards
A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with a track record of driving layout improvements
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
