Minimum of 5 years' sales experience within an IT environment, with a focus on enterprise customers. Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and effectively manage sales activities and opportunities. Experience managing corporate accounts and presenting solutions at an executive level. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering consistently high-quality work. Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with clients. Ability to assess relative costs and benefits to determine the most appropriate course of action. Strong product and technical knowledge is essential. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport. Proficient computer literacy, including experience using standard office and sales-related applications. DUTIES: Engage with customers to assess their needs, determine system requirements, and identify suitable solutions. Conduct sales analyses of customer environments, including warehouse walkthroughs and route assessments, to identify pain points and operational inefficiencies. Prepare Return on Investment (ROI) documents to clearly demonstrate the value and benefits of proposed solutions. Develop, present, and respond to proposals and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including industry-specific solutions. Plan and modify product and solution configurations to align with customer requirements. Prepare and deliver professional presentations outlining solutions and their benefits to customers and prospective clients. Secure and renew customer orders, manage delivery arrangements, and provide customers with estimated delivery timelines (ETAs). Sell a comprehensive range of solutions, including software, hardware, professional services, and integration services to enterprise customers. Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise business opportunities. Create detailed costing sheets for each solution to determine optimal sales pricing. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, as well as gross profit objectives.
