JOB SUMMARY:
Well established manufacturing industry based in Isando seeks a hands on Administration Assistant to join their team and work closely with the CEO

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Grade 12/ Matric
Computer Literate
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Attention to detail
Excellent Verbal and Communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to delegate and give instructions
Ability to work in a team and on own

Duties:

Competitor price tracking
Answering of phones
Gate control
Performing any other duties as assigned by management.
Administration and control of registrations
Assist with sales reports
Pallet control
Emailing on behalf of CEO and company
Filing – Suppliers and customers
Courier bookings
Any other ad-hoc duties
