Build and independently close a robust pipeline of new business opportunities. Leverage AI-powered sourcing and delivery platforms to maximize efficiency. Maintain high standards of consultative selling and credibility to secure long-term partnerships. Grow into a leadership role within the business development team. Duties: Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth in the US. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored workforce solutions. Provide excellent client service and maintain ongoing relationships. Requirements: At least 6 years of business development, sales, or new-business experience in the US market. Proven track record of landing clients and generating revenue. Ability to work independently to build and close a sales pipeline. Strong consultative sales approach with credibility. Expertise in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Management. Excellent networking and client relationship management skills. Nice to Have: Experience in recruitment and sales industries. Familiarity with AI sourcing platforms.
