POSITION INFO:
Our client, a leading investment management firm, is seeking a commercially astute Senior Investment Analyst to join its high-performing investment team in Cape Town. This is an exceptional opportunity for a CA(SA) or CFA with at least 5 years'' post-articles experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, private credit or alternative investments. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and execute investment opportunities. Perform financial modelling, valuation and investment due diligence. Support transaction execution and portfolio management. Prepare investment committee papers and presentations. Conduct market research and identify emerging investment opportunities. Requirements CA(SA) or CFA qualification. Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in finance, economics or statistics 5+ years'' relevant experience within the alternative Investments, corporate finance\/ private debt\/ banking\/ private equity sectors Strong private credit and private equity valuation skills Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills. Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
