A leading South African business services group is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a specialised warehouse management and outsourced logistics solutions business through its next phase of growth and transformation.

POSITION INFO:
The organisation provides innovative, technology-enabled warehouse management solutions that improve operational efficiency, productivity, inventory accuracy, and supply chain performance for leading businesses across South Africa. Through a combination of operational expertise, skilled people, robust processes, and technology-driven solutions, the business partners with customers to optimise complex warehouse and logistics environments. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating growth, strengthening market positioning, enhancing operational performance, and building a high-performance culture. Key strategic priorities will include: Developing and executing a clear growth strategy aligned to market opportunities. Expanding the customer portfolio and strengthening strategic client partnerships. Driving operational excellence across complex warehouse management contracts. Leveraging technology, data, and automation to improve productivity and customer outcomes. Enhancing profitability, scalability, and long-term business value. Building a leadership team capable of delivering sustainable growth. Job Experience and Skills Required: Experience Required: The ideal candidate will have: Experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Executive Director, or Business Unit Executive within industries such as: Warehousing, logistics, or functional outsourcing environments Supply Chain Services 3PL \/ contract logistics Industrial Services Outsourced Operations Workforce Solutions Demonstrated success managing: Full P&L responsibility Large-scale operational environments Multiple customer contracts Significant workforce populations Complex service delivery models Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline. MBA or equivalent executive qualification would be advantageous. Why This Opportunity?
