JOB DESCRIPTION:

Contracts Manager – Cape Town

Our client a dynamic medium sized building contractor with a very successful track record on bespoke luxury homes and commercial buildings require an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years post grad experience and should hold a construction related qualification. Experience on high end projects is a prerequisite.

The candidate will take full responsibility for projects, managing all aspects of planning and progress, quality assurance and profitability. Liaising and building relationships with clients and professional teams. Managing and developing staff, plant resourcing and material management. Sub-contractor selection, negotiation and management.

Will report directly to the CEO. Only candidates that are shortlisted will be contacted. A solid track record with positive references is a requirement.
