Who are we looking for: An experienced Creative Director with 10+ years’ experience (7+ in leadership), strong integrated marketing expertise and a proven ability to lead high-performing creative teams across African or international markets. A balance of creative vision and commercial understanding is essential. What will you do Lead and manage the in-house creative team Drive integrated campaigns across TV, radio, digital and social, develop and maintain brand identity and creative direction Translate business objectives into impactful creative strategies Oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and deadlines Collaborate with marketing, media and executive stakeholders Manage budgets, resources and production processes Mentor and develop team capability What will you need Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related (postgrad advantageous) 10+ years’ experience, with 7+ in senior roles Strong experience in integrated campaign development and production Proven leadership and project management skills Strong creative, analytical and stakeholder management ability What’s on offer Competitive expat package including accommodation, flights and relocation support Opportunity to work on leading brands across Africa Exposure to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and growing African market
