SUMMARY:
Highly experienced Executive PA required to manage CEO's office.
Must be available to start immediately. Full bilingual English and Afrikaans

POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Full executive support to the CEO in a high-pressure, entrepreneurial environment
Complex and strategic diary management (back-to-back scheduling, prioritisation, time optimisation)
Real-time actioning of voice notes, instructions, and last-minute changes
Drafting high-level correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal communications
Managing intense local and international travel arrangements (visas, itineraries, logistics, contingencies)
Handling both professional and personal administrative matters with discretion
Acting as gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues before they escalate
Supporting change initiatives and adapting quickly to shifting priorities

REQUIREMENTS

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Resilient and calm under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse personalities
Flexible and willing to work after hours and on weekends when required
Experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a rapidly changing business landscape
Entrepreneurial mindset and solution-driven approach
