POSITION INFO:
Our client is a rapidly expanding FMCG manufacturing business known for its innovative approach and high-performance culture. Operating in a fast-paced production environment, the company prides itself on efficiency, strong operational controls, and forward-thinking leadership. This Financial Manager role sits at the heart of the business. You will lead the full finance function, working closely with operations to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic support. It is a hands-on opportunity where your input will directly impact production output, cash flow stability, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full finance team, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll
Drive accurate cash flow management and ensure strong balance sheet control
Oversee tax, VAT, and audit compliance processes
Manage forex transactions and secure necessary Reserve Bank approvals
Deliver meaningful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) preferred
BCom minimum qualification will be considered
Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial accounting
At least 3 years in a financial management or leadership role
Exposure to production, manufacturing, or FMCG environments is essential
Strong understanding of cash flow management and balance sheet reporting
Solid knowledge of tax, VAT, and audit processes
Experience managing forex transactions
Proven leadership ability with experience managing and developing a finance team
Ability to streamline processes and make independent, sound financial decisions
