SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join a well-established multinational organisation. This role offers exposure to a complex multi-entity environment and will suit a technically strong finance professional with a passion for financial reporting, compliance, consolidation, and process improvement.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across multiple entities while partnering with stakeholders to drive financial excellence and continuous improvement.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) function across multiple entities Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare and review IFRS-compliant financial statements Oversee group reporting and consolidation activities Ensure statutory reporting requirements are met across various jurisdictions Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations Review balance sheet reconciliations, journals, and financial controls Ensure compliance with IFRS and other applicable accounting standards, including IFRS 16 Partner with finance teams to provide technical accounting guidance Liaise with external auditors and coordinate annual audit requirements Analyse financial results and reporting variances Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies across the finance function Support the implementation of best practice financial controls and governance frameworks Lead, mentor, and develop members of the finance team Skills & Experience: Multi-entity exposure required High volume experience Minimum 5 years Qualification: SAIPA \/ SAICA \/ CIMA \/ AGA (SA) Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
