Key Accounts Manager

POSITION INFO:

Candidate must has 10 years experience as a servicing executive in the Freight Forwarding industry.

Must have knowledge of Inco Terms, Customs Procedures,understading of tariff calculations concept.

knowledge of air, sea imports and exports and roadfreight

Must have the ability to look for exptension business.

Formalise and mantain Clients SLA''s and SOP''s

Tender support

Facilititate tender aaplications

Cost freight movements and prepare service estimates.

report on servicing actvities, client yield management & maintain Client rates profiles.
