JOB SUMMARY:
My cutting edge FMCG client is currently looking for a plant based Management Accountant to join their team in Johannesburg - West Rand. This position requires manufacturing industry experience in soft commodities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications required:

CIMA in progress / CA(SA) will be given preference
BCom / BTech / similar degree in management accounting or accounting related

Skills and experience required:

Minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience in a management accounting position.
Experience within the FMCG / Manufacturing industry is required
Experience with soft commodities
Stock take and management experience
Strong communication skills
Strong excel skills
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent problem solving skills

Job description:

Management accounts
Budgeting and forecasting
Fixed asset register
Stock-take and inventory management
Variance and financial analysis
Preparation of Tax related documents
Strategic and business planning
Providing management with recommendations on solutions to problems
