Company and Job Description: We work with organisations across a range of industries that are looking for talented Marketing Automation Specialists to build, manage and optimise automated marketing journeys that engage customers at the right time, through the right channel We are proactively building our talent pool for both current and future opportunities, connecting skilled Marketing Automation professionals with organisations where their ability to combine strategy, customer data, personalisation and automation can directly contribute to marketing performance and revenue growth If you're open to exploring your next career move, this is an opportunity to get your profile in front of a specialist Digital recruitment consultant and be considered for opportunities that align with your experience, career goals and preferred working environment You could have the opportunity to design automated customer journeys, build lead-nurturing programmes, develop triggered campaigns, manage audience segmentation, implement personalised communications and continuously optimise automated campaigns based on customer behaviour and performance data Skills & Experience: Build and manage automated customer journeys across the customer lifecycle Develop automated email, SMS, push notification and lead-nurturing campaigns Create customer segments and personalised communications based on behaviour and lifecycle stage Manage marketing automation workflows, triggers, rules and campaigns Monitor campaign performance and optimise journeys to improve engagement and conversions Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, Marketo, Adobe Campaign or similar Experience working with CRM platforms and customer databases Implement lead scoring, nurturing and lifecycle marketing processes Conduct A\/B testing and use campaign data to identify optimisation opportunities Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns Understanding of customer data, consent management and POPIA is advantageous Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems or a related field Relevant certifications in Marketing Automation, CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Braze, Klaviyo or similar platforms are advantageous Apply now!
