A national company within the fresh and frozen meat industry has an opportunity for a well-rounded player in this multi-functional role. Strong retail and QSR experience is essential as well as well-established client relations. Experience in export will be a strong advantage.

POSITION INFO:
Required:

• Degree with an MBA or equivalent qualification.
• 10 years' experience essential.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and market dynamics.
• Proven track record in sales growth, marketing strategy, and logistics management.
• In-depth understanding of poultry production systems, cold chain logistics, and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with South African market dynamics and regulatory environment.
• Knowledge of poultry nutrition, processing, and value chain.
• Experience in export markets and international trade compliance.
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems for sales and logistics management.
• Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen – Ability to align divisional goals with overall business strategy.
• Leadership & People Management – Strong skills in team development and stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical & Decision-Making Skills – Ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
