JOB SUMMARY:
Well known Fruit Grower in Tzaneen has a vacancy for a Nursery Operations manager who will combine business management skills with the sciences (horticulture) in order to lead a nursery team who will produce superior plant material for the expanding operation at various nurseries. JOB DESCRIPTION:

BSc (Agric) Horticulture or similar
5 Yrs Nursery Management experience
Min 3 yrs exp in Business Management
Thorough knowledge of Avocado cultivation
Proficient in Word and Excel as well as Microsoft D365
Implement continuous improvement strategies
Ensure that superior propogation techniques are established in order to supply quality plant material.
Thorough knowledge of plant pathology.
Valid drivers licence and own transport.
