SUMMARY:
A well-established short term insurer is seeking to appoint a Organisational Effectiveness Specialist

The Organisational Effectiveness Specialist leverages Organisational Development (OD) and Change Management expertise to design, lead and implement initiatives that strengthens organisational performance.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or similar Bachelor’s degree
Change Management Certification is an added advantage in Prosci or similar

Experience:

5 years’ experience in Organisational Development and Change Management at Practitioner/ Specialist level
