Location: East Rand

Salary: R65 000 CTC plus commission (About R240 000 per annum on target earnings)

Products – Specialised mining equipment

Main Duties:

• Responsible for the development and performance of Sales Representative activities in assigned market.
• Directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
• Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
• Travelling to neighbouring countries
• Responsible for selling and managing company products, services and solutions to customers within a specific geographic territory.
• Meeting and maintaining sales budgets, including Nett profit.
• Identifying sales & Service opportunities
• Answering of technical questions from potential and existing customers.
• Establishes, develops and maintains relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability in conjunction with the technical coordinator
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

Minimum requirements:

• 5 years experience in a similar role
• Technical background
• Able to travel out of the country for extended period of time
• Stable track record
• Valid passport
• Own car
• High ethics and integrity
