Sales Manager - R30k pm + cell + petrol + comm - Pretoria

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Excellent opportunity to join this established company offering services to the retail, property and commercial sectors!
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or business
management from an accredited university and 5 years relevant sales management experience. Your main function will be to drive sales while maintaining good relationships with customer and lead the national sales team to achieve their goals and quotas. You must have a passion for selling, be outgoing, confident, energetic, patient, pro-active, selfdriven and have the following set of skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor\''s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5 years of experience in sales
• Knowledge of Shopping Centre Management
• Retail, commercial or property experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
• Excellent leadership skills
• Experience setting sales goals
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Deep understanding of technical systems and best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• The ability to sell products and services
• Customer service skills
• The ability to use your initiative
• Business Management skills
• Leadership skills

Duties are not limited to but include:
• Overseeing national sales, promotions, and campaigns
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities nationally
• Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
• Tracking and analysing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
• Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
• Advising service providers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
