JOB SUMMARY:
A well-known and established international company specialising within the personal care industry requires the above to manage sales staff and handle a portfolio of senior key accounts within the manufacturing personal care industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:

A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma within the sciences or related qualification is essential for this role.
Previous Sales Management / Senior Key Account Management experience having managed a sales team within the personal care / pharma or related industries is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills are essential.
Computer literacy with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Managing sales staff and handling a portfolio of senior key accounts promoting a range of speciality raw materials within the manufacturing personal care industry.
Compiling customer forecasts as well as customer schedules.
Working closely with procurement and research and development departments regarding new product technology
Identifying customer needs and develop client-focused solutions.
Identifying new business through effective relationships with customers.
Providing manufacturing departments with customer forecasts to ensure continuity of supply.
Working closely with the customer service, supply chain, technical and marketing teams to develop customer focused strategies.
Reporting back to senior management on a monthly and quarterly basis regarding the customers and the current market situation.
Attending regular meetings with the global team regarding raw materials forecasts.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
