JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Client based in Sandton is looking for a Residential Property Sales Manager to help meet tenant acquisition and rental unit occupancy targets by keeping company and systems competitive and innovative. The position will require the successful candidate to oversee the leasing aspect of the residential portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for maximising letting teams’ potential, crafting and executing leasing plans / budgets and implementing and monitoring systems. You would need to be able to help teams build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships in order to promote customer retention in the form of renewed leases.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales Management (not just experience in sales).

Experience in data analysis.

Matric.
