Our client based in George is looking to employ a Sales Supervisor.

Requirements:

Driver’s license.
Computer literacy.
Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
Minimum 4 years sales experience.
Building Industry knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise sales team:

Staff management.
Manage sales targets for each salesperson.
Oversee general sales counter and manage the contractor’s counter.

Grow sales:

Grow Contractor sales.
Build, manage and maintain key customer accounts.
Build customer relationships.
Identify potential customers and provide quotations.
Continuously work on improving the customer experience.

Stock management:

Assist with stock ordering procedures.
