JOB SUMMARY:
A specialist provider of enterprise communication, customer experience and cloud contact center solutions is looking for a Senior Content Writer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role will involve generating thought leadership, research papers, eBooks, mailers, sales collateral and creating content for social media.

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Communications, Marketing, English or Journalism
6-8 years of experience as a Writer and Editor
Experience writing in the technology / B2B sector
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow editorial guidelines when creating content and ensure brand and tone consistency
Experience creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience
Experience in editing and polishing existing content to improve readability
Experience conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content
